Every paid plan includes 1,000 AI credits a month, plus 200 per user and 500 per channel beyond the base plan. The month's credits renew on your billing date.

Pricing questions
Do you charge per message or per conversation? +
No. The plan is per user and per channel, with no conversation limit. WhatsApp template messages (the ones you start outside the 24-hour window) are billed by Meta, directly to your company's WhatsApp Business account.
How does the free trial work? +
14 days with no card, with 1 user and 1 WhatsApp number. At the end you choose your plan; AI becomes available once you subscribe.
Can I change my plan later? +
Yes, from the dashboard, whenever you want. An increase is charged right away, prorated for the days left; a reduction applies with no refund for the period already paid.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes, with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, and everything keeps working until then.
What counts as a channel? +
Each WhatsApp number and each connected website chat is a channel. Instagram, Messenger and other networks count the same way once they are available.
What are AI credits? +
Every AI action — an agent reply, a transcribed voice note, a translated message — uses credits. Every paid plan includes credits each month; if they run out, the AI pauses and conversations continue with your team until the renewal or until you buy a pack.
How do I pay? +
By credit card, on a secure payment page. Invoices are available in the dashboard to download at any time.
